This is without a doubt, the nicest set of prospects we have raised. They have all been started under saddle. We do not push them early so that their joints are mature enough to stand training without the soundness issues seen in horses that have been pushed too hard too early. So, They spent a lot of time saddled up and just standing tied quietly until we think they are ready to ride. We think that is one reason they are so gentle and so few of them ever buck. We have now ridden them on the ranch and in the rough canyons south of the ranch. They are mature enough to go on with and ready for serious hard training.
For several years now (since we have gotten too old to finish horses), we have sold started prospects as 'project horses'. They have gone to nearly every state in the country to happy owners that have taken them on to make outstanding ranch horses, roping horses, trail horses, and show horses. They are bred to be good-minded, user friendly, athletic, cowey, are bred to stay sound for many years and started under saddle ONLY, when they are mature enough and ready. Some go to repeat buyers each year that finish and resell them and start a new project each year. Others go to 'forever homes'.
Horses we have started and sold have earned 7 AQHA World Championships, 8 Reserve World Championships, numerous ROMs and Superiors and many year-end awards in the AQHA and several other Associations and State organizations. They have excelled in extreme trail and ranch horse competition. We are planning a 'congratulations' page to show many of our graduates.

Sire: Call Him The Flash, earner of AQHA reining points. Dam: Our only Pleasure-bred mare. Just like all of her other foals, this one was born broke. She is a very pretty mare with excellent conformation and is SUPER GENTLE. She rides gentle but is very green. She has been bred to TINY. She has been checked in foal to TINY for 2021. $4000.00
Sire: Call Him The Flash. Dam is a big, stout, Doc's Hickory / Mr Gunsmoke bred mare. A very nice performance prospect that 'herds' everything in her pasture from horses to ducks and geese. This filly is now a gorgeous 4 year old and is in training in California on a huge working ranch. She has been ridden for several months now in California and this filly is making a wonderful ranch horse and would make a great roping horse.
Call if you are interested in this filly.
